LetsGoSite is run by Cannappy LLC, based in Sacramento, California. This page explains what we collect when you use letsgosite.com, call our line, or use a website or receptionist we run for your business, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you tell us. Your name, business name, email, phone number, city, website or Google listing, and anything you write in a form or say to us.
• Calls. When you call a number answered by our AI receptionist, the call is recorded and transcribed after you're told and agree. We keep the transcript, your number and the call's length.
• Texts and email. The texts and emails we send you or send on a business's behalf, and replies to them.
• Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We see the amount, the plan and the last four digits of a card, never the full card number.
• How you use the site. Pages you visit, the ad or link that brought you here, your browser and device, and your IP address.

Cookies and tracking

• Our own cookies (lgs_attr, lgs_did) remember which ad or link brought you here, for up to 90 days, so we know which ads work.
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone from an ad visits or signs up, so we can measure and improve our ads.
• Microsoft Clarity. Records how visitors move, click and scroll on our pages, so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity hides what you type in forms. Microsoft's privacy statement is at microsoft.com/privacy.

You can block these with your browser's settings or an ad blocker; the site still works.

Why we use it

• To build your sample site, run the services you pay for and answer your questions.
• To pass messages and bookings from callers to the business they called.
• To send you emails and texts about your site, your account and, if you asked, our services.
• To measure our ads and fix the parts of the site people struggle with.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who helps us run the service

We share only what each one needs to do its job: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Telnyx (phone calls and texts), OpenAI (the AI receptionist and writing tools), Amazon Web Services and Resend (sending email), Zoho (business mailboxes), Google (maps, listings and calendars you connect), Meta and Microsoft (the measuring tools above), and Cal.com (booking a call with us).

If we run a site or receptionist for your business

Messages, bookings and calls from your customers are kept for you and shared with you. You decide what your own site's visitors are told; tracking tools you add to your site (like Google Analytics) are yours.

How long we keep it

Account and site data stays while you're a customer and for up to a year after you leave, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to a year. Ad-measurement cookies last up to 90 days.

Your choices and rights

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it.
• California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

Our service is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
